Welcome to the South Oxhey Community Choir

Our aim is very simple, we are a fully inclusive choir that welcomes anyone of any age that has a connection to the community of South Oxhey. We sing a wide variety of music from popular classics to classical pop, guided by our musical director, Simon Wookey.

We were formed in 2008 for the TV series The Choir – Unsung Town with Gareth Malone. While our history will always be important to us, we have gone a long way since our TV days and continue to build our wide repertoire covering many genres of music.

We have regular concerts, performance and other events and ticket information will be posted on our Events page.

We rehearse every Tuesday night during school term time at Oxhey Wood School. We are always looking for new members. To enable you to get the most out of our rehearsals, it is best to join at the start of a new term. However, you are welcome to come to any rehearsal to find out more. For more information, check out our Join Us page.

Check back often for all the latest news and information about our upcoming concerts and performances. You can also follow us on Twitter and Like our Facebook page where you can leave your comments. We like to read your thoughts and opinions, but please respect that we have an audience of all ages.

Please take a look around our site and we look forward to seeing you at a rehearsal or concert soon.
